It is best to start training now – that is a few light walks, jogs and sprints to get your body into action.  Start eating healthy too and follow a simple plan of eating 6 smaller meals every day.  You need to train for this game as for most ‘come back players’ the boots have been in the cupboard for years.

Spread the word via Facebook, call a few mates to play and send some emails.  We need everyone to help generate the interest so we can field 2 sides.

You can help out by volunteering in areas such as club rooms, water runners, umpires, general duties around the club and more.  Turn up on the day and put your name forward.  We’ll be needing plenty of masseurs also.  If you have a camera / video camera please bring on the day and take plenty of shots / videos.  Please send these to Julian Smith (for website) at or text to 0412 818 053.  You can even post these on a USB to:  Julian Smith – PO Box 247, Mount Waverley Victoria 3149
